Who wants free music?! Yeah you do! Well keep on reading so see what’s up for grabs this week!

Since we love new and up-coming artists, and think that there are some amazing things still to be discovered in the world of music, we decided to team up with Sony Music Canada for this giveaway and introduce you to some amazing new artists.

First up, we have Kreayshawn. In 2011 this 23 year old rap princess had a viral video for her song “Gucci Gucci”. Now Kreayshawn is releasing her album called “Somethin ‘Bout Kreay”. We got a sneak peak of the album and can only describe it is a good time. It’s fun, up-beat and would definitely throw it on at a party. Her rapping style is more like Rye Rye than someone like Nicki Minaj. If you like that type of style than you’ll love her too. Take a listen below! Also, if you’re from Toronto and you like her stuff, you can see her at The Hoxton on November 18^th.

Next Up, we have The Wallflowers. Although these guys have been around for a long time, we still thought including them was a good idea because they may be new to most of you. Unlike the last artist, these guys are an alternative rock group. They have an old school feel, without actually sounding old school. If that doesn’t quite make sense, then listen below to find out what that means. If you currently like bands like The Sheepdogs, Mumford and Sons or The Black Keys, then these guys will be right up your alley.

Last but not least we have Smoke And Jackal. You want new, well these guys are new. Maybe individually these guys have been on the scene for a while, but Kings of Leon bassist Jared Followill and Mona singer and guitarist Nick Brown have cometogether to create something new. Obviously if you like any of their bands, you will probably find something you like in Smoke And Jackal. Take a listen below.
