Pop princess Rihanna appears to have narrowly escaped a fire in London last night. According to the London Fire Brigade and the Associated Press, the Barbadian singer was one of 300 people evacuated from a London hotel with a burning elevator shaft. She also tweeted pictures of the fire trucks at the scene, stating: “Roamin da streets since 6am! Fyah in da telly.”

There were no reported injuries.
