Bruno Mars appeared on Sesame Street to send a strong message to kids, “Don’t Give Up”. Not only does he provide words of encouragement while singing with his furry little friends, but also helps them learn how to rollerblade and play catch. So remember, take Bruno’s advice when you’re trying something knew “and it seems really, really hard to do / You feel like quitting, you feel you’re through / Well, I have some advice for you / Don’t give up!” Who says they don’t make quality television anymore for kids?
Music News: Justin Bieber Is The #1 Searched Person In The U.S., But Not Canada
Every year, Microsoft releases a report that provides the top 10 Bing search terms across a number of categories, including people, news stories, musicians, celebrity events, TV shows and consumer electronics. The results were clearly U.S.-centric.
Teen heartthrob Justin Bieber is the king of the web in the U.S, but got less love from his home country, Canada. Bieber was the most searched person on Bing in 2011, knocking Kim Kardashian, last year’s #1 search name, down to #2 this year, Microsoft said. (Bieber was ranked #6 in 2010.) Jennifer Aniston, Lindsay Lohan and Jennifer Lopez rounded out the top five.
Bieber barely cracked the Top 10 list in Canada at No. 9 as the top searched celebrity in Canada was Kim Kardashian.
